Natalensis (True Natalensis) Liquid Culture - Cloud920
The genuine Psilocybe natalensis — brown caps, thick stubby fruits, and a soft cubensis-style experience. Cloud920 lab-isolated, 10 ml liquid culture syringe. Tip: this species pins best with a casing layer.
- Pure P. natalensis — not the faster “NSS” variant
- Brown / golden-brown caps, compact fruit bodies
- Moderate, steady colonisation
- Casing layer strongly recommended
- ISO-7 clean-lab production, alcohol-sealed luer-lock
Availability: Out of stock
The original brown-capped South African species. Our Cloud920 Natalensis True liquid culture gives you the genuine Psilocybe natalensis — the slower, stubbier, deeply rewarding species that long-time growers fell in love with before the “Super Strain” variant took over the market.
Each 10 ml syringe contains a lab-isolated, contamination-tested mycelium suspension ready for grain inoculation. Filled in our ISO-7 clean lab and sealed with an alcohol-wiped luer-lock cap.
What you get
- True P. natalensis — brown to golden-brown caps, thick stubby stems, compact fruits
- Soft, body-warm experience — classic cubensis-style with a calm South African signature
- Moderate, predictable growth — stable colonisation, no surprises
- 10 ml lab-isolated culture — ready to inject, contamination-screened
Quick cultivation guide
- Inject 1.5–2 ml into sterilised grain (rye, oats, millet)
- Incubate at 24–27 °C until full colonisation
- Transfer to pasteurised bulk (coir/vermiculite, CVG)
- Apply a casing layer at 70–100 % colonisation — 0.5–1 cm of 50/50 peat moss + vermiculite
- Fruit at 22–24 °C, 90–95 % RH, indirect light
Why casing? Natalensis forms heavy mycelial overlay that can block pinning. A thin casing layer (or fork-and-recase if overlay appears) is the difference between a stalled tub and a heavy flush.

Very fast growing, aggressive culture. The grain got inoculated very quickly, even faster after break-and-shake. Very small amount was used. Very happy with these spores. (Posted on 10/17/2025)Rating - Fast Growth Review by GodDidIt
