Shipping, Returns and Customs
Magic-Mushrooms-Shop.com is not responsible for errors or mistakes made by shipping companies or other third parties during the shipping and/or delivery process. If an order is lost, late and/or damaged during shipping, an investigation will be initiated to determine the cause. Orders can only be replaced or reshipped after the investigation has concluded and only when the error was made by Magic-Mushrooms-Shop.com.
If an order is returned to us because the customer was not at home, the package was refused by the recipient, an invalid address was provided, or for any other reason, we can reship the same package (with the products in the condition in which they were returned to us) for additional shipping costs.
We will not refund or replace orders that are seized, held or destroyed by customs or that are under investigation in any other way.
We do not refund grow kits, truffles, spores, cacti or herbs, as stated in our returns policy.
