When will I receive my order?

  • We start processing your order after we receive your payment. You will get an email update.
  • If all products are in stock, we ship your order the next business day.
  • When the parcel is handed to the shipping company, you receive an email with a tracking code.

Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method you choose. Standard Delivery is usually slower. UPS shipping is usually faster and more reliable. In the Netherlands you can also choose DHL next-day delivery. See the delivery time table below.


Important: once your parcel has been shipped, we no longer receive updates from the carrier. Please use your tracking code to follow your parcel yourself. See Tracking your parcel below for details.

Tracking your parcel

After we ship your order, you receive an email with a tracking code. Please keep a close eye on your tracking information — once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we do not receive any further updates from the carrier. Tracking is the best and fastest way to know where your parcel is and when it will arrive.

  • Once active, the tracking page shows the parcel status and estimated delivery.

Which shipping methods can I choose?

Available shipping methods depend on the destination country. In the checkout you will see which methods and prices are possible for your address.

Fast delivery: next day to your door (Mon–Sat).

Your parcel is delivered by DHL, usually the next day after shipping. DHL delivers Monday through Saturday. No delivery on Sundays.


Please note: for the Wadden Islands delivery may take 1 extra business day.


DHL tracking works immediately after shipping and shows an expected delivery time slot. If you are not at home, DHL usually brings the parcel to a nearby DHL ServicePoint or tries again.

Standard Delivery Standard Delivery with tracking

Cheapest option with tracking.

Your parcel goes from our local hub to a partner courier in your country (for example PostNL, EVRI, DPD, GLS or MRW).


The courier usually tries to deliver at your address. In some cases the parcel is taken to a local pickup shop if you are not there.

Tracking is updated on working days within 24 hours. See Tracking your parcel.

UK Delivery UK Delivery with tracking

Standard shipping to the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland.

Your parcel is delivered by a local UK courier. The estimated transit time is 7 working days.


The courier will try to deliver to your address. If you are not home, the parcel may be taken to a local pickup shop, or a card will be left.


Tracking is updated on working days within 24 hours. See Tracking your parcel.


UK order restrictions: orders shipped to the UK may not exceed €150 in value and must weigh no more than 2 kg. Orders that exceed these limits cannot be processed for UK delivery.

UPS Access Point UPS Access Point

Pick up your parcel at a UPS Access Point when it suits you.

You receive an email or SMS when your parcel is ready for pickup.

UPS tracking works immediately and includes an expected delivery date.

Important: bring a valid ID (passport, ID card, driving licence) with the same name as on the parcel. If you do not pick up the parcel in time, UPS sends it back to us.

UPS Standard UPS Standard

Faster ground shipping with tracking.

UPS will try to deliver at your address (in some areas one attempt, in other areas two). If this does not work, your parcel may go to a UPS Access Point for pickup.

UPS tracking works immediately and includes an expected delivery date.

How long does shipping take?

Netherlands — DHL next-day delivery

With DHL you receive your parcel the next day (Mon–Sat, no delivery on Sundays). For the Wadden Islands delivery may take 1 extra business day.

The table below shows estimated transit times for Standard Delivery in working days. These are estimates from our shipping partner, not guaranteed delivery dates.


DHL (Netherlands only), UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver are normally faster than Standard Delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

We do not ship to Canada, the United States, the Middle East or Asia.

We are a European-based shop and currently only ship within Europe and to selected nearby destinations. We cannot accept or process orders for delivery to North America, any country in the Middle East or any country in Asia.

We send parcels to most European countries and to some countries outside the EU. But not every product can go to every country.

  • On each product page, you can see if there are shipping restrictions for that product.
  • You are responsible for ordering only products that are legal in your country.
  • We cannot check the law in every country. If you are not sure, please check your government’s website or ask local authorities.

United Kingdom: we ship to the UK, but UK orders may not exceed €150 in value and must weigh no more than 2 kg.

If your country does not appear in the checkout, we do not ship there at this moment (for all products or for that shipping method).

Discreet packaging & customs

We ship all orders in plain, neutral boxes or envelopes. There is no text or logo on the outside that shows what is inside.


We do not put paper invoices, packing slips or manuals in the box. You receive these only by email or on request. You can ask us for a copy of your invoice at any time.

Attention — Shipping outside the EU:

  • We are required by law to put an invoice on the outside of the parcel.
  • We describe the products as discreetly as possible.
  • Prices are listed without VAT / TAX.
  • Any import duties, VAT or customs handling fees charged by your local customs or courier must always be paid by you, the receiver. We cannot control or refund these extra costs.

Your shipping address

Please fill in your address carefully. A small mistake can cause delays or result in the parcel being returned.

  • Use a complete home or company address.
  • We ship to physical addresses only.
  • Do not use PO boxes, parcel lockers, post offices or generic pickup points as your shipping address. Our couriers cannot deliver to these locations.

Before you finish your order, check your address:

  • Add full name, street name, house number, postal / ZIP code, city and country. (If your country does not use postal codes, use 0000.)
  • For addresses outside the Netherlands, please add your phone number, so the courier can call you if needed.
  • After we ship your order, we cannot change the address.
  • Did you make a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has already shipped and returns to us, we can resend it after you pay the new shipping costs.

Heat, cold and fresh products

We pack grow kits and fresh products (like truffles) with care. Short periods of warm or cold temperatures during shipping are usually no problem. Some condensation inside the box is normal.


If your parcel arrives clearly damaged, or if the contents look bad or spoiled, please take photos immediately (outside the box, inside the box, and close-ups of the product) and contact our support team as soon as possible so we can help you.

Missed deliveries, returns and lost parcels

  • You are not at home: in many countries, the courier will try again or bring your parcel to a pickup point. Please check the tracking page and any card, email or SMS they leave for you.
  • You do not pick up in time: if the parcel remains at a pickup point or Access Point for too long, it may be returned to us. We can send it again after you pay the new shipping costs.
  • Wrong address: if the address is incomplete or incorrect and the courier cannot deliver, the parcel will often be returned to us. We can resend it to the correct address when the new shipping fee is paid.
  • Parcel lost or severely delayed: if the tracking does not update for several working days or the parcel appears lost, please contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the result, we may send a replacement or give a refund, according to our terms and conditions.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind or received a damaged product? We are here to help.

  • Before shipment: you can cancel or change your order free of charge. Just contact our support team as soon as possible.
  • After delivery: you have the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer rights.
  • Damaged or wrong product: please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
  • Exceptions: fresh and perishable products (such as truffles and grow kits) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
