We don't accept PayPal, Money Orders or Checks.

Payment options will show up once you enter your shipping address in our checkout page. The website's name will not be shown on your bankstatement.

Credit / Debit Card

You can pay securely with your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.

This is how card payment works:

• Select Credit / Debit Card as your payment method on the checkout page and complete your order.
• You are redirected straight to a secure payment page to complete your payment.
• Enter your card details on that secure page and confirm the payment.
• After the payment you are automatically redirected back to our website.
• Upon confirmation of your payment, we will promptly process and ship your order the next working day.

Important:

• Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for card payments.
• We do not store your card details — not on our website and not in your account.
• Did your payment not complete? Contact our support and we will help you finish your order.

Bank Transfer (SEPA)

This is how bank transfer payment works:

• Select "Banktransfer (SEPA) | Pay in Advance" on the checkout page and complete your order.
• You will receive an email within a few minutes with our bank details and payment instructions.
• Transfer the order amount to our bank account.
• Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Important:

• Always include your order number in the payment reference — without it we cannot match your payment.
• Bank transfers usually take 1-5 business days to clear.
• Some banks charge a fee for international transfers. This fee is covered by you, the customer.
• Don't see the email? Please check your spam/junk folder.

Can I use an online money transfer service?

Yes, you can use services like Globalwebpay, Worldfirst, One Pay FX or Revolut. Simply use the bank details from your confirmation email. Always include your order number in the reference.

The following services have been reported not working: Western Union, TransferWise, Azimo, Xoom.

If your transfer service does not have a reference field, contact our support with the transfer reference number, amount, and service used.

Did you receive my payment?

We check our bank account daily. As soon as your payment arrives, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will be shipped the same or next business day with a tracking number.

Bitcoin

Want to pay quickly and easily with Bitcoin? You pay us directly — there is no third-party payment processor involved.

This is how to pay with Bitcoin:

• Select Bitcoin as your payment method on the checkout page and complete your order.
• You will see our Bitcoin address and the exact amount to send. You will also receive these details by email, so you always have a copy.
• Send the payment from your own wallet or exchange.
• Please complete the payment within six hours, otherwise your order expires. Keep in mind that Bitcoin payments need some time to be confirmed on the network.
• As soon as your payment is confirmed, we process and ship your order the next working day.

Important: at the moment only Bitcoin can be used directly at checkout. Would you like to pay with another cryptocurrency? Please contact our customer service and we will arrange it with you.

EPS

EPS is an Austria-based payment method that allows customers to complete transactions online using their bank credentials.

EPS is supported by all Austrian banks and is accepted by over 80% of Austrian online retailers.

EPS redirects customers to their bank's website to authenticate a payment and there is immediate notification about the success or failure of a payment.

iDEAL | Wero

iDEAL is transitioning to Wero, a new European payment solution developed by the European Payments Initiative (EPI) and backed by major banks including ABN AMRO, ING, and Rabobank. For you as a customer, nothing changes — you pay securely through your own bank, just like you're used to with iDEAL.

This is how iDEAL | Wero works:

• Select iDEAL | Wero as your payment method at checkout.
• Choose your bank and log in as usual.
• Approve the payment in your banking app — done!
