Pre-colonized grow kits come with one fixed strain, chosen by the producer. The Cloud920© All-in-One Bag arrives empty and sterile — you pick the Psilocybe cubensis strain that fits what you actually want to grow. Liquid culture or spores from our range, or a syringe you sourced yourself: the bag does not care, as long as it is clean.
What You Can Inoculate It With
The bag is sterile — it does not care what you inject, as long as it is clean and viable. Here is what works, ranked by reliability. Always use the growing conditions (temperature, humidity, fruiting trigger) that apply to the specific Psilocybe cubensis strain you choose — strains differ, and the bag adapts to all of them.
1. Liquid Culture (LC) syringe ★★★★★
Most recommended
Live mycelium already grown out in nutrient solution. Fastest colonization, most predictable, lowest contamination risk. Cloud920© LC syringes are formulated for this exact bag.
2. Spore vial → LC first ★★★★☆
Best of both worlds
Grow spore vials out in a liquid culture medium first. Once you confirm the LC is contamination-free, inject. Adds 1-2 weeks but gives you full genetic control.
3. Spore syringe → LC first ★★★★☆
Same approach as vials
Grow the spore syringe out in LC medium before injecting the bag. Verify cleanliness, then transfer. Same reliability gain as spore vials.
4. Spore print → LC first ★★★☆☆
For experienced mycologists
Rehydrate spores from a print into sterile water, then grow out in LC medium before injecting. Full genetic control from the source.
Not recommended: Spore syringe direct ⚠
May work under perfect conditions
Injecting spores straight into the bag skips the LC verification step. Each spore has to germinate inside the bag from scratch — under ideal temperature, humidity and a lot of luck. Possible, but slower, less predictable, and the failure rate is higher. We strongly recommend growing your spores out in LC medium first.
How To Use It (Quick Version)
The Cloud920© bag is sterile and ready. All it needs is a clean inoculation through the self-healing port.
Inject 2.5-5cc through the injection port, store the bag in a dark place at 20-24°C, and let the mycelium colonize both layers. No opening required until you see full colonization.
About the Harvests
The Cloud920© AIO 2000ml typically delivers 400-800g fresh mushrooms total across a minimum of two flushes. The 4000ml XXL version scales up to 600-1200g fresh total, also across at least two flushes. First flush is the largest; the second adds another 30-40% of the total. Yields depend on strain, environment and grower experience — the lower end is what we stand behind, the upper end is what a well-dialled-in grow can reach.

FAQ
Do I need to buy spores or LC separately? Yes — and that is the point. The bag is the substrate; you choose the strain. Liquid culture is recommended for the most reliable results.
Can I grow any Psilocybe cubensis strain? Yes, all standard Psilocybe cubensis strains are compatible. The bag is designed for cubensis specifically — not for exotic species that need different substrate compositions. Use the temperature, humidity and fruiting conditions specific to the strain you chose.
2000ml or 4000ml — which one? The 2000ml is the standard size (400-800g fresh); the 4000ml XXL pushes that to 600-1200g for ~1.5x the price. Pick XXL if you want maximum yield per kit.
How long from injection to harvest? Typically 3-5 weeks colonization, then 1-2 weeks until first flush, depending on strain and conditions.

About the all-in-one-growbag, I was very exited about it but then found it really difficult ???? I used the PES Amazonian and followed all the instructions. It taked too long for the mycelium to appear and then mold started to appear. I decided to ignore the instructions and follow the intuition. The mold disappear and the mushrooms finally started to grow when I almost gave up. The result was one of the best mushroom I ever collected!
