Der Support eine unglaubliche Geduld sowie vollstes Verständnis für die eine oder andere blöde Frage bzw.E-Mail.Niemals in den Jahren gab es solch Probleme mit den bestellten Produkten. (Hochsommer).Diese Sommerbestellung wird bis zum heutigen Tage 15 okt. mit riesigem Support Einsatz betreut um das beste für Den Kunden zu erreichen. Stehts bemüht geduldig und hilft wo es geht.Ich wollte zwischenzeitlich sogar schon den Hut darauf werfen und erst nächstes Jahr mein Glück wieder versuchen da ich schon so genug hatte von dem Pech. Der fantastische Support hat mir quasi neue Energie geschenkt den Kopf nicht in den Sand zu stecken. Also wirklich punkto Fairness Geduld und auch der Qualität der Produkte wird man keinesfalls was schlechtes sagen können . Wirklich Top in der heutigen Zeit. Wo die meisten dem Motto treu sind.
