I followed the instructions clearly to the absolute fullest, the room temperature at all times was 22-23 celcius, everything disenfected, shipping took around 8 days and I proceeded with the kit straight away. First flush produced 0.68 grams dried, I still had my hopes up for the second flush, but nothing, keeping in mind I was very patient with it, gave a third go, it's now been over 5 weeks since 3rd time, but nothing. However, based on the reviews the growkit works just fine, therefore giving this product 4 stars believing that this was a unique black swan event. Most dissapointing part is I waited so long for anything to grow, but nothing. My primary objective would be to find a resolution by receiving a replacement product, as I believe that would be the most fair action, as again based on the reviews the growkit works well and I made sure to follow the instructions diligently, makes me believe this was a unique case. It took about 20 days for first pins appear.Rating
First flush was few very large mushrooms, like 40g fresh one, totally about 200g fresh. Mushrooms were on the edges, none in the center of substrate.
Second flush - at first I was quite disappointed because again there was few mushrooms only on the top of substrate. but then I noticed that there are several growing on sides, I was concerned that they are squeezed, so I took out substrate cake to harvest them, and then I saw that there are bunch of mushrooms growing in the bottom from the perlite layer, so I put back cake in the box on the side to let those mushrooms grow normally. This flush also about 200g fresh, but smaller mushrooms and also there was quite much aborts.
Now I soaked and prepared for the 3rd flush. Put cake on the side in case mushrooms growing on all surfaces. will see how it goes.
Haven't tried to trip yet, but my wife tested 4.5g dry, they are not so strong as previous tried mushrooms from B+ kits. (Posted on 2/17/2023) - Product review Review by Mejo

Being the first time I tried a Growkit, I was nervous if I could keep it alive and without contamination.Rating
I'm now at my 4th flush and harvested around 700g in total from the first 3 flushes. So definitely a success I will try to redo at some point, with a different mushroom sort.

I mean Im at 7th flush! For real! Flushes have 150-200 fresh.Rating
Two times I did not even pour water and do reset of the cake. Just picked and the next wave grows.. 20celsius no heat matt and no special light.
My prediction it could have 7 more. Cake is super healthy not using glowes or satize surroundings. Just wash hands and do it. No contamination.

This is a very nice case of an amazing kit. Please do not expect this to happen every time, especially with temperatures under 21 degrees :) especially i winter months we recognize more issues with growing because the temperatures are not respected:) just a tip.
