I had issues with the kit purchased with practically no growth whatsoever. I contacted Lottie at the Magic-Mushroom Shop and she gave me some advice to try to get it kick-started. Unfortunately this didn't work. When I told her this, she immediately offerd to send me a new grow-kit free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Hoping for a full flush this time.

Unfortunatelly the kit did not start to fruit for unknown reason.

Nevertheless, the staff was willing to help with advice and also willing to replace the grow kit.

Ordering, easy. Product: discretely packaged. Instructions clear amd easy to follow. Results: got 2 flushes, both where full , each flush harvested within 14 days. Result: eat them raw to get maximum effect. I cooked/ dried some but those gave me mo effect., so eat them raw. Effects: giggles, insights, mellow visuals, general happiness and very chatty. I got my growkit on a Monday. If i remember right they was sent on a thursday. So it was 5 days. When i got it, it went straight into the refrigerator. About 4 days later we started the growing process. A couple of weeks has went by and still no mushrooms.
Dont know if it was a bad batch or the 5 days outside a refrigerator (shipping) was the problem. But i am disappointed.

Knowing it won't give me my money back or any mushrooms I have just not bothered complaining.
But i read some comments and saw that several people has had this experience on different sites.

So an advice, if your orddting from abroad. Get them to send it on a Monday. So the package dint get stuck at the post office like mine over the weekend.

Packaged arrived as expected. Very easy instructions to follow to get things going, just too simple. I made a small error by putting them in total dark so they didn't grow after 3 weeks, but the support area had all the answers, so after simply moving them to a better place they grew really quickly and I had to do very little.
