I would love to be writing a fully positive review but I can’t. I did everything exactly as instructed. Right preparation, good temperature control (using a heat mat with the container resting on two pencils to avoid direct contact…constant 20 degree temp using a thermometer to check)…and I’ve only harvested four (admittedly very fat big) mushrooms. They took three weeks to start. There are two more coming up now. But, for me, the old method of soaking the container and leaving it in the fridge for 12 hours…then putting it in the bag etc seems to be a way more productive way to do this. Maybe it’s just me but I am not too impressed with this product.
