I purchased the McKennaii XL Growkit – GetMagic. After approximately 4 weeks no pins had formed and I had not opened the grow bag. I contacted the support line as I was concerned that the kit showed no growth. I received a response on the same day. The response suggested that I open the grow bag to release the CO₂ and let in O₂. This worked! Thank you. Since then, I have purchased a heat mat as the room where the grow kit is located is a little bit cold. Since buying the heat mat, the growth has been amazing and I have just harvested a very good crop. Thank you for all your help and support.
