I always learn or experience something new when growing shrooms. This time I received some Jack Frost kits with spots of green mold and I was afraid of opening it. Frank told me that they can survive if they get some fresh air and all of them fruited multiple timed :D

Unfortunately, my grow kit didn’t produce anything this time. I followed all the instructions carefully. It started off well, but in the end I only got two tiny mushrooms, about 2 mm each ????. Still, I remain loyal to the Mushroom Shop and I definitely recommend it!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Frank and the lovely team who helped me over email. The first kit I received didn’t go so well, but thanks to the amazing support from both of them, they sent me a new kit – and this one is an absolute beast! I’ve had some great harvests, all thanks to Frank’s tips – following his advice really made a difference.

I also tried growing the Thai mushrooms and they were surprisingly easy to cultivate. Super happy with the whole experience. Huge thanks again for the care, kindness and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

So this kit is very slow compared to the other growth kit .

My suggestion to make it perform are :

1) Don’t use the plastic clip they give you with the kit . I use it at the beginning and because it’s very heavy it will bend the bag and in particular the part where is located the filter will be blocked and doesn’t allow the air exchange . Use instead simple paper clip and let the bag on order to let the air come in and out the filter of it.

2) after 2 weeks open the bag once a day to speed up the growth process

Then wait and once the process is started the mushroom will grown without any problem :) (Posted on 4/4/2025)

Very strong mushrooms Review by Jon

I really love these mushrooms and want to share my experience.

I was told they were strong, but as someone experienced with high doses of LSD, I thought I was prepared. So, I took a heroic 5g dry. It hit incredibly fast, much quicker than any mushrooms or LSD I had tried before. The trip was unbelievably intense. For a while, I thought I was dead. I could see my thoughts and imagination play out without even moving from my chair.

Eventually, I regained awareness and started enjoying the trip. The visuals were absolutely phenomenal.

Moral of the story: take it carefully. I’d say 1g is enough. I totally recommend these mushrooms and this store.

Incredible shrooms Review by Brian

First flush took about 4 weeks to mature, although the mushrooms great at different rates so I was frequently harvesting only 1 big shroom at a time. In total I came away with just over 40 grams dried. Last flush was probably 8 weeks after receiving.

I take 2.5-2.7g in tea form and have very intense experiences with these, one trip was among the best I've had. I've shared with 5 other friends, all fairly new to shrooms, and all experienced intensely visual and introspective trips, so they've been properly tested.

This is my first timing growing Jack Frost and I will definitely order again. A couple notes: despite the instructions saying you don't need airflow, I reached out to support and they recommended giving them air once a day and that seemed to help them grow. Also, it appeared that contamination had set in but the shrooms still grew and thrives - apparently they eat the contamination. Incredible shrooms :) (Posted on 3/2/2025)

They are probably realy Great but my first flush if i even could call it that just gave me a few abortions in the Corner of the bag! Not sure if the batch was bad on arrival or what happend always treat these babies with care in a sterile enviroment! But should perhaps load them into a box in the future and give them some air time to time! I dont know! Hoping to get some response from the lovely staff working here soon (Posted on 2/10/2025)

First, I want to thank Frank for great help in my process, and for the recommendations.

Jack Frost is as easy to grow as TAT, but the one kit yielded 372g fresh, which isn't as much as the TAT kits. The potency of TAT tested at maximum potency (darkest compared with chart), but I'm still waiting on feedback.

I'm not sure if I'll try Jack Frost again. However, I'm very pleased with the great service MM provides. (Posted on 2/9/2025)

The delivery was incredibly fast, which was a great start. I followed all the instructions that came with the kit, and after about two weeks, I noticed the first pin starting to grow. However, things seemed to stall with just that one pin, and no further development happened, so I reached out to customer support for advice.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded! The team was super friendly, helpful, and full of advice. They explained that too much water had somehow accumulated and suggested I air out the grow box daily.

I'm now following their instructions and currently waiting for the second flush. So far, it's been a positive experience thanks to their support. (Posted on 2/6/2025)

A fun shroom to grow and good yield. First flush I got 3/4 oz dried and then on the second it grew a single monster - like a giant native tree - almost 1/2 oz dry weight!

Nice journey on these 2.0g - 2.5g has dropped me in there fairly heavy a few times now. I've found them to be less colourful in the outside world but takes me very very deep within my own mind.... enter the matrix! Gentle and smooth transitions, really nice experience, and a bit like a box of chocolates... I've been in deep and heavy quite quickly but done with 2 hours at times, but then other times a 2 hour transition into it with a good few hours to follow. Highly recommend these for personal and spiritual discovery with a clear intent/purpose on the front end

And how good are the team here!!! Isaac the day I visited the store and Frank on the support desk if you ever need help - quick in response and super helpful - doesn't feel like a job for any of them.

As this one should be easy to grow and has a great reviews, I am so far dissapointed. Started doubting after a little more than 3 weeks of nothing happening, I followed support's advice and started airing them for a short time once a day, to fasten the process. In, let's say, one week more, a few caps started to show but I picked up only two of them today, meaning it took them more than a week to mature, but only about 3cms long, but really fat ones. Some are still showing, I haven't tried the effect yet, but all in all, after 6 weeks of patience it seems my kit won't give much of a harvest. (Posted on 1/21/2025)

I love this kit. Super easy to grow. First two flashes are growing with no problem, no watering, no doing anything. From first two flushes i got 300gr of wet weight.
Now waiting third flush after watering the cake

I took 3,5 grams for the first time with jack! I tell you that was the best geometrical super knowledgeable trip ever. Next time i want to try to take Jack Frost + Golden Teacher.

Guys from support helped and answered all my questions.

So for this grow bag i had some issues, the mycelium went upwards up onn the bag and nothing was hapennig,so i wrote to support and,Frank was great with instructions,so i just had my first harvest around 160g fresh. Now set up to dry them,and set the bag for next round. Havent tried them yet tho,so i cant say anything about how they work :) (Posted on 12/9/2024)

Sweet! I got around 450-480g fresh weight from 3 flushes. After the 2nd and 3rd flush i soaked the cake and left it in the fridge over night. Now waiting for the 4th flush :)
Very easy to handle growing process overall, especially for beginners! Doesn't need extra water or airing for the first 2 flushes. Love this kit and will buy again for sure! (Posted on 12/7/2024)

While my first kit had an overgrow mycel and did not perform, had slow growth and not more than 2 pins, thanks to the great support team of magic mushroom shop it was replaced. The replacement gave me a first flush of wet 447g - nearly half a kilo. Dry approx a tenth so 45g. So a really good performance. After that it was a little dry and broke out while harvest. It is soaked currently for 4 to 8h. I am happy with that initial performance an will see how man flushes there will be. One good hint. Frost like it a little colder. Don't go under 21°C but they love 22 more than 24 if you can't hold the 23°C. Work clean as usual. Thank you MMS! You are simply the best in terms of great kits and customer service. I placed them in a selfmade growbox. Ventilated and with a self-adjusting heater. From 23°C to 24°C was the temperature which the Kit had all the time. They grew quickly, first flush was 27g (harvested after 12h when the first velum broke up; completely dried, even the biggest shroomigos) - massive and impressive.
And Jack Frost is pretty potent. I would definitely recommend to try first 0,5g before doing higher doses. (Posted on 10/24/2024)
