Everything arrived VERY quickly in an inconspicuous carton box.
The starter kit includes everything you might need as a novice (make sure you search around for the paperclip, it IS there!).
Customer support is exceptional, very friendly, helpful and will reply to you immediately.
Only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5 star review is because my kit seems to be "lazy", so I can't quite comment on how productive the kit is, so I need to be fair. Will update once things start picking up pace, but I'm very optimistic given the overwhelmingly positive reviews of all products here.
