The instructions don't specify that you have to soak the mycelium in water before the first fruiting. Thus I didn't and nothing happened. I soaked the mycelium after 2 weeks because nothing was happening and then they start to grow.
BUT, the mushrooms are really good and the first fruiting was good instead of the messy start.
