About Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus)
Lion's Mane is a distinctive white, cascading mushroom that grows on hardwood trees across temperate forests of North America, Europe and Asia. Its long, hair-like spines give it its name and it is also known as Hedgehog Mushroom or Yamabushitake. It has been part of East Asian culinary and herbal traditions for centuries and is today one of the most widely studied functional mushrooms.

How to use
This versatile food supplement fits easily into a modern daily routine. Mix 1 to 2 grams (approximately one level teaspoon) of powder into hot water, tea, coffee, a smoothie or a recipe of your choice. The pack provides approximately 30 to 60 servings. We recommend taking a one-week break after every three months of continuous use.
