In the Star Wars universe, the Jedi mind trick works because of focus — not brute force. The same applies here. Jedi Mind Fuck Leucistic is not the loudest strain in the catalogue, and it does not try to be. It's the one that gets into your head quietly and rearranges the furniture while you're still looking around. A pale, almost colourless version of the original JMF — crossed with Jack Frost and Melmac genetics — that trades the dark caramel look of its parent for a frosty, ethereal appearance and a more refined, deeply introspective experience.

Origin & Genetics
The original Jedi Mind Fuck was discovered growing wild in Georgia (USA) in the early 2000s by Myco Joe and further developed alongside John Meddler. It is believed to descend from a Z-Strain × Golden Teacher cross — two strains known for aggressive colonisation and reliable potency. JMF quickly earned a cult following for its dense, caramel-capped fruit bodies and an experience described as deeply mental, intensely visual, and borderline ego-dissolving.
The Leucistic version takes that foundation and crosses it with Jack Frost (TAT × APE) and Melmac genetics. From Jack Frost it inherits its pale, frosty pigmentation and elevated potency. From Melmac it inherits its dense fruit body structure and heavy stems. The result is a leucistic phenotype — not fully albino (it still produces dark spores), but almost entirely white, with the occasional cream or pale gold undertone showing through. Think of it as JMF in Jedi robes instead of Sith armour.

Leucistic means "partially without pigment" — unlike a true albino, a leucistic mushroom still retains some colour and produces dark spores. Think of it as a Jedi who has shed the dark robes but still carries the same training and power underneath. Visually lighter, but just as capable when it counts.

- 1x Cloud920 Grow Bag — 2000cc pre-colonised substrate with active JMF Leucistic mycelium. Integrated micron filters provide passive air exchange and contamination protection.
- 1x Large bag clip — to seal the bag securely between ventilation sessions.
- 1x Rubber band — place around the substrate block to prevent unwanted side growth.
How the Cloud920 Grow Bag Works
- Open once — fold the bag open in a clean space to allow fresh air in and trigger pinning.
- Place and wait — put the bag in indirect light at 23°C. No soaking, no misting required in the first phase.
- Air daily from week 2 — briefly open and refold the bag once a day to encourage pin development.
- Harvest and repeat — twist and pull mushrooms at the base before caps open fully. Rehydrate and repeat for additional flushes.

The Cloud920 kits are a gigantic improvement over previous kits. The time and care needed for maintenance are much less, the yields are good (average around 450g per kit), and contamination is less.
