Happy Caps SPACE-E is part of the Happy Caps range of herbal capsule blends. Each pack contains 4 vegetarian capsules that combine a Hawaiian Baby Woodrose extract with two free-form amino acids (L-tryptophan and L-tyrosine), caffeine, the cacao compound theobromine and vitamin B6.
About the ingredients
- Hawaiian Baby Woodrose (Argyreia nervosa) — a climbing vine of the Convolvulaceae family, native to the Indian subcontinent and well known in ethnobotany.
- L-tryptophan — an essential amino acid found naturally in dietary protein. The body uses it as a precursor for the synthesis of serotonin and melatonin.
- L-tyrosine — a non-essential amino acid that the body uses as a precursor for the catecholamine neurotransmitters (dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline) and for thyroid hormones.
- Caffeine — a naturally occurring alkaloid present in coffee, tea, cacao and guarana.
- Theobromine — a methylxanthine alkaloid found naturally in cacao beans (Theobroma cacao).
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) — a water-soluble vitamin that the body uses as a coenzyme in amino-acid and neurotransmitter metabolism.

How to use
- Take 1 or 2 capsules with a glass of water, approximately 45 minutes before the intended moment.
- Do not exceed 2 capsules per 24 hours.
- Do not combine with alcohol or any other psychoactive substance.
- Do not drive or operate machinery after use.

I don't know if there was something wrong with the product, because it was a long time on the way to me, or I didn't use it properly, even though there weren't any necessary instructions for it to have an effect, but it just felt like taking half a Xanax.
