How to fill capsules — 7 steps
- Dry your mushrooms to cracker-dry — they should snap, not bend.
- Grind to fine powder using an electric coffee grinder.
- Place the 24 capsule bottoms in the bottom tray of the machine.
- Pour your powder over the tray and spread evenly with the included spreader card.
- Tamp gently with the tamper tool — repeat 2–3 times for denser fills.
- Brush off excess powder, place the top tray with cap halves, press together firmly.
- Store filled caps in a light-proof TightVac stashbox with a silica gel pack.

The instructions that came with the machine were very clear, I found the diagram that labelled all the parts particularly helpful.
Tips for first timers - keep packing it in until it’s properly full, you will get more consistent results this way. Apply pressure evenly when putting the tops on. Het gebruik van deze capsuleerder is makkelijk te leren. Het is wel belangrijk de paddo goed te malen. Grotere deeltjes vallen anders niet goed in de capsule en gaan dan tussen de twee capsule helften zitten. Een paar maal aandrukken en de 'oogst' is 24 capsules!
