What is a liquid culture syringe?

A liquid culture syringe contains active mushroom mycelium suspended in a sterile nutrient solution. Unlike spore syringes — where spores first need to germinate before mycelium develops — liquid culture already contains living, growing mycelium that is ready to colonise your substrate immediately after inoculation.
