How to use

Reishi has been part of East Asian wellness traditions for centuries, where it was often taken as a daily tonic. This versatile food supplement fits easily into a modern daily routine. Take up to 2 ml per day, used sublingually by placing the drops under the tongue, or added to your morning coffee, an afternoon tea, a smoothie or any recipe of your choice. The 30 ml bottle pipette delivers approximately 0.6 ml per full pipette; the 50 ml bottle pipette delivers approximately 1 ml. We recommend taking a one-week break after every three months of continuous use.
