Small doses, I did cut them in half or slices, and dry them on the
Lowest temp. Then grind. You Can add them to a tea or
Swallow them just like that. Mush thanks to the team ! Been taking them 2/3 times a week, so i'm on pause ATM. It really helps with my dépression. And the surprise side effect is how my arthritis gimme a break for 48 hours
