- Potable water – For misting and soaking, warm water for soaking
- Clean environment – Work clean to give other fungi and bacteria (micro organisms) no chance to contaminate.

How do I store my mushroom grow kit?
For the best results, we strongly suggest you start the mushroom kit's growth process as soon as you receive it.
Where should I store my grow kit if I cannot start right away?
The key to preserving your mushroom cultivation kit is keeping it cooled, specifically within a fridge that maintains a temperature between 2°C and 4°C.
We urge you not to cold store your mushroom grow kit for longer than 2 weeks.
Avoiding contamination
It is vital to uphold sanitary conditions and avoid rule out infection of any bacteria, fungi, yeast, or other possible contamination sources from your refrigerator. For enhanced protection, insert the grow kit in a and seal it securely.
Instructions for your GetMagic Grow Kit

Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the growkit with a dry cloth. Remove the lid but save it for later.

Pour warm water (20°C) into the growkit until it reaches the brim, replace the lid and allow it to steep for a period of just 5 minutes.

Take off the top of the grow box and ensure the water is adequately drained. Allow the grow box to drain for about 10 seconds.

Add a cup (200-250ml) of warm water (20°C) to the grow bag and place the grow box on the bottom of the bag, in the water. Then, fold down the top of the bag and fasten it with two paper clips.

Place the mushroom grow kit in a place with an average room temperature of 20-25°C. Make sure the grow kit is not in direct sunlight, under a lamp or near a radiator/heat source.
Keep the grow bag closed for the first 2 weeks, or less until the first pins/small mushrooms appear. After that, you should open the kit at least once a day to refresh the air in the bag.

As soon as the first pins are visible (or two weeks after setting up the grow kit), allow some fresh air into the grow bag every day (for a few minutes) (press the walls of the grow bag together and then fill with fresh air) and then moisten the walls of the grow kit with a spray bottle. Pinheads or pins are the first visible forms of small mushroom caps.

You can harvest your mushrooms right before the membranes at the bottom of the cap start to release. While harvesting, gently hold onto the stem and twist it either to the left or right. Once the mushroom starts to loosen, you can pull it out.

Well done, the gathering of crops is finalized. You can now cultivate a fresh batch of mushrooms by redoing steps 1 through 7 once more.
Golden Teacher Strain information
Some believe that in the 1980's a specimen of the Golden Teacher mushroom was found growing in the wild in Florida, USA. The word spread around fast, mainly because of the recognizable golden caps with yellow speckles on it. Compared to other Psilocybe Cubensis mushroom types, the Golden Teacher magic mushrooms are quite large and very elegant in its appearance.
There is a story that the Golden Teacher was actually a Hawaiian PES, renamed by an Dutch grower, because: "sometimes right before the veils break when the primordia are at their largest size before becoming mature, the entire shroom can have a golden yellowish color which vanishes when maturity starts to set in. This was my first time using a grow kit, and it went perfectly.Rating
I followed the instructions on the site but they seemed to be taking their time to appear- at about the 3-4 week mark, I realised that the method of filling the bottom of the bag with water was contributing to leaving them in a stalled state- it kept them at a cooler than desirable temperature. Once I removed the water and replaced it with a damp paper towel, this solved the issue and they began to grow immediately. I got 25.01g of gorgeous mushrooms from my first flush- I tried them and they are absolutely perfect, I got exactly what I was hoping for. After rehydrating the cake, my second flush is already flourishing, much faster than I had expected! I almost have more than I know what to do with!

I ordered Gt, still, I beging to suspect, I have grown Gt alot, these is so petent it is bluish whole mushroom, this ain't white penis envy, AI sayd it's most likely original penis envy, caps don't open, crow in right packs, I taked half g to test and it worked like 2g normally for me. This is my first growing kit. At the beginning I made a small mistake with hydration, but despite that I still got 156 grams of fresh yield on the first flush! Incredible, but after the soak it took less than three days and new pins were already popping up! At first glance this second flush looks like it’s going to be even bigger than the first.
I’m very satisfied – an excellent kit! Just follow the instructions and everything will be fine. But as my case shows, it even forgives beginner mistakes.

I made a mistake.Rating
Instead of instantly fruiting once i got it, i stored it for 2 weeks and mycelium got granular and dry. So dry i had to poke knife cuts and felt like sand inside.

This is not a review for the grow kit, like usually but a thanks to the crew at magic mushroom shop. I had quite a few problems with my last grow kit I ordered, and was about to throw it all away, but before that I wrote to the customer service. Moin. Unser erstes Growkit. Lieferung kam in einem angemessenen Zeitraum. Meine nicht beabsichtigte Doppeltzahlung wurde ohne wenn&aber zurück erstattet. Beim Aufstellen wurde soweit auf alles beachtet was empfohlen wurde. Nach 3 Wochen war noch nicht zu sehen. Dann den abgedunkelten Fensterplatz Standort gewechselt. I would like to change my review from 4 to 5 stars. When i wrote the first review i want sure what will happen with my grow kit, but now i have great news. As i said before there were just a few shrooms at the start, but new ones just kept coming and coming and i got a massive yield from the first round. Then i did the first flush and the same story repeated itself (few pins at the start, but new ones just kept growing, for another big yield). Now i am on the second flush, waiting for more pins.Rating

this time i am very displeased. the mycelium had not covered all the medium in the middle, I had to cut and clean it and cut it into pieces so that it would not infect the part that was in the middle of the medium. If you don't believe me, I have photo material. please, next time when I order an infected culture medium I will get it, not half infected and wait for it for 20 days. if not, next time I will order spores. Previous growkit i bought here was epic. The yields were massive and would recomend it to everyone. 10/10Rating
But this last growkit i bought seems a bit off, thats why i will give 4 stars and not 5 (for now). I just started to see some pins few days ago and proceeded to fan it once a day and misting it. There are 4 mushrooms growing now and 2 or 3 miniature pins. (When pins on previous growkit started to appear the cake was full of them, the one i have now seems kind of empty for now). This might change in a few days i hope at least.
I will write a new review after few flushes as i see what will become of this cake.
