The Psilocybe cubensis species

The B+ and the Mexican Mushrooms are psilocybe cubensis, a species of psychedelic mushroom whose main active elements are psilocybin and psilocin.   The psilocybe cubensis specie is the most well-known psilocybin mushroom because they have been widely distributed and they are easy to cultivate.  It is even easier if you decide to fo for a cultivation kit as all you will need to do is add water and wait for mother nature to take its course.

Inversely, when growing in warmer temperatures, it will turn to a golden color. The stems can be thick, and it produces some large caps.  They are also known for their spores, the B+ is a very heavy spore depositor.

The Mexican Cubensis

The first thing you need to know is that there are two main types of Mexican Magic Mushrooms: the Mazatapec strain and the Mexican strain. Both are very appreciated by first-time psychonauts because they are great for a first experience to ‘enter in contact’ with the magic mushrooms world, especially if you are into spiritual experiences.  Moreover, they have been used by Mexican Indians for generations.   There are more similarities than differences between these two types of mushrooms.   The main similarity is of course that they both come from Mexico and that they are both used by the Mazatec indigenous people, a tribe that comes from the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico, the region that introduced magic mushrooms to the world.  The Mazatec have a long tradition of using magic mushrooms for spiritual and ritualistic use. They eat the magic mushrooms only at night because they believe that if they eat them in daylight they will go mad. If you are into the spiritual side of magic mushrooms, you will enjoy these two types of cubensis as they tend to deliver a very powerful spiritual journey. How to cultivate B+ or Mexican magic mushrooms

. There are two ways to grow your Magic Mushrooms: .

1. Grow Magic Mushroom with a grow kit

. . The first way  is the easiest way : with the use of regular grow kits where all you need to do is add water and wait for the magic to occur. The process for our regular magic mushroom grow kit is as follows:  

1. Fill the grow box with water until the substrate is submerged and store the kit in the fridge during 12 hours.  
2. After 12 hours, pour the excess water out of the grow box and place the grow box inside the bag we provide.
3. Once every other day spray fresh water against the inside of the bag.
4. Wait until mother nature does its work, usually 12 to 15 days :-)

2.Grow Magic Mushroom from spores

. The second way to grow your cubensis is using spores.  Magic mushrooms spores are like the seeds of the magic mushrooms. You can choose to buy them in vials or in syringes. .

The kind of high

The effects of most of our  psilocybe magic mushroom can variate from person to person, but reports suggest that they can induce a you into an euphoric state of mind that is dreamy and quite relaxing.  There are also reports of visual experiences. Magic mushroom dosage

. . The typical dose for most magic mushrooms, is between 1 and 2.5 grams of dried shrooms, you can find the perfect dosage using EROWID's dosage calculator.  There is also the Shroomery dosage calculator which you can check out here.  Many advanced users will say these quantities are too small, but they are safer for a beginner.   We believe the best is to remain below 1g if you are getting started.
