Availability: In stock In stock
Blue lotus tincture 15:1 is a concentrated liquid extract from the petals of Nymphaea caerulea, the blue water lily revered in ancient Egyptian, Mayan and Thai cultures. Our 10 ml bottle is produced in Thailand and contains the plant's bioactive compounds — alkaloids, flavonoids and terpenoids — in a convenient dropper format for precise dosing.
How to use
- Sublingual — place drops under your tongue and hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing. Onset within 15–30 minutes, effects last 3–5 hours.
- In a drink — add drops to warm (not boiling) tea, water or your favourite beverage.
- Best on an empty stomach — take 30 minutes before a meal or 1–2 hours after for faster onset.
Suggested dosage (15:1 concentrate)
- Mild — 5–10 drops
- Moderate — 10–15 drops
- Stronger — 15–20 drops
Start at the lower end if you are new to blue lotus. Because this is a 15:1 concentrate, the upper range is lower than for a standard 1:1 tincture. One dropper holds roughly 25–30 drops. Do not exceed 30 drops in a single session.
Common uses
Evening relaxation, support before sleep, meditation, introspection. Traditionally also used as a mood enhancer and aphrodisiac.

I am still not sure what exact effects these drops have, but it’s definitely something, pretty subtle... I love the effect... I was drawn to the ancient use of it in Egypt and the energy around it... I want to learn more about how it was used in the ceremonies thousands of years ago! :) (Posted on 4/2/2022)Rating
