Spore syringe cubensis APE AF

Albino Penis Envy AF — often abbreviated as APE AF — is a leucistic Albino Penis Envy expression that emphasises the PF Albino (Fanaticus) parent contribution. developed from John Workman's PF Albino × Penis Envy cross (Sporeworks, c. 2006); the "AF" tag is community shorthand for "Albino Fanaticus" and points to particularly ghost-white APE isolates.

Caps are small (1–3 cm), ghost-white to pale cream and underdeveloped — they rarely open fully. Stems are bright white, very thick and solid (no hollow core), with prominent blue bruising on damage. True albino: spore prints are essentially clear.

Growing notes

Colonisation runs at 24–27°C; fruit at 21–24°C with high humidity (90–95% RH) and steady fresh-air exchange. PE-family and high-potency strains in particular reward patience — don't rush to fruiting conditions, and keep sterile technique tight to limit contamination during the longer colonisation window.

How to use: Flame-sterilise the needle, inoculate your sterile substrate or liquid-culture jar through a self-healing port, then store unused syringes upright in a clean dark place.

Storage: 2–8°C in a sealed bag protects spore viability; do not freeze. Use within 6–12 months for best results.

Potency note: APE-lineage samples averaged 1.10% total tryptamines across 32 Oakland Hyphae Psilocybin Cup entries (peak 2.34%), well above the cubensis baseline. APE AF specifically has no dedicated lab data.
