Microscope Slides 25x75mm — 50 pieces

A microscope slide is the foundation of any wet-mount or dry-mount technique. The Byomic Microscope Slides are made of clear flat glass cut to the universal 25 x 75 mm format, fitting every mechanical stage and slide clamp on the market. Each box contains 50 slides, enough for an extensive sampling session without running out mid-workflow.

For spore microscopy and amateur mycology, slides are typically used together with a drop of distilled water, a small amount of spore material, and a cover glass on top. This produces a thin, stable specimen layer that can be focused cleanly at 40x, 100x, 400x and — with an oil immersion objective — 1000x.
