Felt so good on one gram for about 6 hours. More open, both ways, to take in and express.
Took again 12 days later and got a bit disappointed: the effect was just half.
I made a study (with help from Chat-gtp) and found that the body, (or more the brain), needs at least 2 weeks to resettle after a dose. And for older like me 67 more likely 3 weeks.
I will try again in the coming days, 3 weeks passed tomorrow.
But I will say: reel good mushroom truffel.
Made a mistake 6 moths before to order from wholecelium. One variety was to old, fel talmost nothing. Another had terrible effect, it was a nightmare for one and a half hour.
