- It's unbelievable...I'm taking just one per day at dinner time and the first night..well was the first night I actually woke up 8n the morning a bit recovery! I feel each day more like myself..I was dealing i think with a burnout..this negative thought and a huge inexplicable sadness...thank you!!!
