I used a whole syringe to 7 kilos of substrate. None of the jars worked. Im an experienced grower and has always bought from here. But this time was a big no no..... very disappointed.

Please always contact the customer service desk when any issues arise. In this case, we would recommend using liquid culture because one syringe on 7 KG of the substrate is a lot of substrate. liquid culture will make the spawning a lot quicker and more efficient.
