About the McKennaii strain
The McKennaii psilocybe cubensis is a lab-cultivated strain — not found in the wild — developed by Dutch mycologists and named in honour of the legendary ethnobotanist and psychonaut Terence McKenna. It was designed to be one of the most potent cubensis strains available.
McKennaii mushrooms produce medium to large fruiting bodies with caramel to deep brown caps (30–60 mm) that are often slightly wavy or bulbous in shape. Stems are thick, dense, and creamy white (50–120 mm), bruising heavily blue-green when handled — a visual indicator of high psilocybin content.
The experience is intense and deeply immersive: strong geometric visuals, vivid colour enhancement, and a heavy, philosophical headspace. Effects tend to onset faster than average cubensis strains. McKennaii is the strongest strain in the GetMagic® range and is not recommended for beginners — start with Golden Teacher or Mexican if this is your first grow.

Unfortunately, the mushrooms didn’t have an effect on me, but I believe this is due to the residual effects of SSRIs in my system. I’m waiting for my body to fully clear, and I plan to order from them again soon.

I don't usually fill out these reviews, but I had a few comments I wanted to share.Rating
1. I'm surprised these reviews are real (and reader, obviously this could be fake, and you'd never know), but at least it's cool for me to be here writing it and knowing it's real haha
2. Once I got my package I had a question and they answered super quickly.
3. Everything worked well. My first flush at 16g dried and my second flush is drying right now. I don't know how much that compares, but I can't really complain especially since it's my first time growing. I think this will last me well over a year if I'm just using this for microdosing, which is mostly the plan. I'm so thankful for this, because MDing has really made such a great and positive impact on my life in the last month.
