First of all, when consuming these seeds it is probably worthwhile to read up about easier means of consumption - cold water extraction is easily done and helps a great deal, although it does not completely eliminate nausea (and please do not consume the seed matter after cwe - that defies the purpose completely).

Had 10 seeds with cwe and went through about 1,5 hours of heaviness and nausea, nothing too bad though (Caraway Seeds and Fennel tea will go a long way in making this portion more managable). It is noteworthy that even after the initial nausea LSA is rather sedating and does not have the energizing portion of some other psychedelics - making it great for introspection, indoor tripping, listening to music and the likes. Even with 10 seeds there were only very mild optical effects, however a strong auditorial component was present and the headspace was great. Clarity, focus and beautiful closed-eye visuals for about 6 hours. A great substance for the right purpose - for doing any higher dosages however I would probably want to investigate proper polar extraction.

Oh, also cannabis has a synergy with this that goes way beyond that with mushrooms - where in other cases it adds up, with LSA it feels more like a multiplication. It is a great way to amplify a trip, although caution must be advised.
