I bought this with the dried leaves. For a strong effect the recommendation was around 12 grams I think. So I used this 1 gram and 2 grams of the leaves. Equivalent of 12 grams.
Let me tell you. The taste was aweful! I could only drink half a cup before the gag reflex got too strong. Even drinking water between gulps didn't help. I won't be ordering this again just for the bad taste. Maybe it would have an effect but I couldn't drink it. Maybe I put in too much.
