I can definitely feel the high with that 1 gram (on empty stomach) which I don't mind but if I remember correctly Paul Stamets said the best results from microdosing are actually when you don't feel the high at all so I would probably recommend splitting that 1 gram into 2 or 3 doses and eat those throughout the day with some time in between. This is my second time microdosing these truffles.
