It's a very good microdose

I buy from time to time these truffles and they really worth every euro. Last purchase I had an issue, but Frank from the Magic Mushroom team quickly solved it. I started microdosing since 2 weeks now and even though according to a guide I found online I should only take half the dose I decided to first try it with the dose that I received.
I feel more open minded, less stressed, more creative and in general just better.

Everything all right, except effect somewhat disappointing

This is my second time microdosing these truffles. I was in a very bad shape, depressed, anxious and I had a lot of physical symptoms of stress in my body (f.ex. short breath) and I felt MUCH better after the first few doses. I can manage my emotions, my way of thinking changed, I can think clearly and I can express my feeling better.

Question 1: I take only half of a sealed dose, the rest stays in the frigde wrapped in aluminium paper for three days. After this time I can see something that looks like green mold on it. Is it normal?

Question 2: Ive been microdosing every 3 days for nearly 3 months now. The last few days I've been a bit concerned as I'm more stressed and I experience shortness of breath again and other physical symptoms. Is it time to take a break or increase the dose? One gram is a bit too much

I’ve been microdosing for about a month and I feel that one gram is too much for me, I prefer to take half of it. It helps to stabilise my emotions, I stopped smoking and drinking alcohol because I used them as coping mechanisms. It helps me to think outside the box when solving problems and I feel less stuck overall.
