Yesterday was dose 17. One to go. All 3 days apart.
I think I have been feeling a little different but can't be definite.
Let's see if I feel different a week or two after the last dose on Monday.

did not meet my expectations

For microdosing to work well, we have to know exactly how many mg we are getting from mushrooms. The announcement of this product leads us to understand that it is possible to know exactly how much we are going to take, however, each division (says that it comes) with 1g (I believe that not all are the same amount) and each "piece" has asymmetric sizes and different weights , which makes it very difficult for those who want to take an exact microdosing. I've tried these truffles for micro-dosing.
It's pretty easy to get them as prepared doses so you don't have to deal with weighing them.

No effects

I was trying the microdosing protocol for 1 month.
Day 1: MicroDose Day,
Day 2: Effect Day; Feel (or don't) the effects of the micro-dose taken the day before
Day 3: Resting day; No dose is taken, effects wear off
Day 4: MicroDose Day; take your Microdose again.
