This is a fine herb for recreational use, when you aren't looking for psychedelic experiences, altering of perception, hallucinations and such.
My best experiences have been with mixing this herb with other herbs such as wild lettuce - and eventually blue lotus if you are looking for a real potent "narcotic" buzz.
