- The truffles can take you to a self analytical state which if you work with where they take you can help you find a lot about yourself. I enjoy 4 packets throughout a day. I always have a sandwich nothing else and i will either play the guitar ???? (it enhances my creativity) or just listen to music both are great experiences for me. Lottie and Vincent will never let you down.
