I placed an order for 4 packs of high hawaiins some weeks back now. The process was pretty straight forward, I made full payment in advance and received a tracking number to follow the progress of my order with UPS. Everything was fine, the order was dispatched pretty quickly after payment was received and UPS didn't hang around collecting and dispatching my order. The problem arises when UPS then delivered my order to the wrong address. They sent me confirmation of delivery, and when I checked the confirmation email I saw that it wasn't to my address. Their customer service has been terrible and I've also contacted magic mushroom shop to be told that UPS will investigate the matter. Now from my prospective, after numerous emails to betols this is very disappointing considering I've paid for an item I have not received. All because UPS have delivered to the wrong address. I'm also concerned I'll now received a sub par product if they eventually manage to recover my order.
