I have used to colonize rye grain. I used 2cc to 500gm (dried weight) hydrated, sterilized grain. The first bag was slow to take as I was storing too cold, so I have put the other bags in an incubator kept at 24ºC. Now seeing much faster mycelium growth!Rating
