I've already completed two 8-week cycles with this product (18gr). The quality and taste have remained consistnet every time (I haven't tried other vendors). My anxiety drops to a 1 on a 1-10 scale, and after the second cycle, it feels like it stays low even without shrooms. I do integration via journaling, goal-settings, and meditation. Now that the 1-month tolerance reset is over, I'm planning to buy another 18gr to continue the journey 8)

P.S. I notice my tolerance begins to increase around the third week, and the afterglow is mostly imperceptible. However, the overall effect on my well-being remains consistent every time.
