I had always been dubious about truffles, then the microdose intrigued me and I tried it. It is simply wonderful. For me the microdose is perfect in the everyday, at work, in the family, the day has a better sprint and liveliness. Then of course I also tried taking 3 microdoses together and it was so much fun, I am in the world with a wonderful mood and colors. It goes up gradually and goes down just as gently (about 7 hours.) Three doses Best taken at a separate and protected time and place. While mushrooms (I'm speaking for me) are almost too hallucinogenic, truffles take me in a much softer and gentler way. With mushrooms I feel slightly sick to my stomach, with truffles I do not. With mushrooms my mind sputters too much, with truffles it relaxes to a much more sympathetic and humorous level. In spite of so many reviews, I prefer the taste of truffles over mushrooms. Besides, it would be enough to break them up and swallow them whole. Not least, truffles come ready-made without having to grow them. So for me, truffles win over everything. On one thing truffles have not worked: on my headaches from which I often suffer. Otherwise, truffles for ever....
