Im new to mushrooms but have heard they’re really magical and makes wonders for your wellbeing! Since having trouble sleeping for ever and always have had a very ”busy” mind I thought why not try. I took 8 grams on an empty stomach (I am a very small woman) and had prepared with relaxing music and phone in flight mode to not get disturbed, I was very much looking forward for the trip. But NOTHING happened!! I really mean nothing. I sat there for 2 hours waiting for some kind of sensation but the only thing I felt was a light nausea ???? so I got bored and got on with my day as usual instead.
