Aw a 1st time grower, made some mistakes at the begining stages, contacted the support, and I can't say enough praise for those guys. By following their advice, I managed to save 80% of the order. Deliver is fast and reliable to the max. Definitely ordering again since yield and potency were excellent after all the mistakes I made. Can't wait to write a review again once I do it right from the start, it's actually happening right now since they even sent me a replacement for a suspicious bag of Jack, but even that bag yielded some, and the replacement bag is progressing real nice now that the conditions are tweaked with the help of the support staff here.
