I'm a first time grower and I got 3 great flushes from these. The first was 168g the second 140g and the third 90g. I used a heat mat with 2 small paperback books on it and rested the kit on the books. The pins emerged after 5 or 6 days for each flush.

All of the flushes grew from the sides, and were deep rooted, so they were difficult to pick without breaking the substrate. For the third flush I took the cake out of the box and rested it on the upside down box inside the bag. I scrubbed up my hands and arms for 15 mins with a soapy nail brush like a surgeon any time I had to put my hands into the bag.

I only opened the bag for a maximum of 5 minutes to air them each day, and only misted inside the bag once or twice as there always seemed to be plenty of moisture inside.

The trips were good and I had a couple of nice insights, but they weren't very deep or intense. I made the interesting discovery that mushrooms don't have any psychedelic effect if you're taking antibiotics. I took 100 wet grams on the last day of a 5 day course of penicilin and they had zero effect. I subsequently Googled it and this seems to be the experience of many users.

Over all, I was very pleased with my purchase. They arrived promptly in neutral packaging. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
