Ordered a growbox that came in the mail, I've let it remain within the delivery packaging for 2 weeks. Upon opening the package it was covered with green mold and was contaminated.

I've contacted support to see if there's any action to be taken in such a case to maybe help the situation. Only got auto-replies, where the bot refered me to the growth procedure, and asked for my email for support to contact me. It's been well over a week and there's no response to my inquiry.

Sad, but it is what it is. Maybe I'll have better luck with different products.

Please make sure to always put the kit directly upon delivery in the fridge, growkits are fresh products.
