I have ordered FreshMushrooms® grow kit Discount 5 pack. Shared the pack with my friend, and turned out that we have exactly same situation,
specifically none of the kits has ever grown, not even one flush.
That is very sad, as my previous purchase was fully ok.
Support team offers 10% discount in the case where I lost 192 €.
Unfortunately I can not recommend the service.


MMS Customer Support Edit: We were contacted more than 60 days after receiving the order. In our refund/return/replacement policy we do note: Keep in mind that a grow kit is not eligible for replacement, when the grow kit has been received over 60 calendar days ago.
