I didn't notice any effect at all. But I'm naturally resistant to the effect of stronger things so I might not notice mild things.Rating
The taste isn't strong at all so really easy to drink. The preparation is annoying so I suggest buying a strainer or siv or something like a disposable tea bag. (Posted on 5/15/2020) - interesting

I got very surprised when the effect kicked in. I was not blurred in my perception at all, and I experienced a very potent and pleasant buzz with no mindaltering components. Anyhow it seemed to "balance" my state of mind and an experience of being satisfied in any way I could wish.Rating
Do some research and you'll find it has many potentials. I'm definitely not done with exploei the effects of this plant.
High doses gives a very potent and pleasant high, and then some mild psychedelic, "visual special effects" occour, but not as powerful to be defined as hallucinations - just some short experiences of nice/interesting changes in light and colours. ... (Posted on 7/29/2018)
