Its quite strong be careful. Not sure I understand the process of boiling and staining 3 times. I boil and add more water 2 or 3 times and maybe add a drop more lemon. The residue thats left, the next day boil again as a micro dose liquid that you can take daily for a couple of days. Pretty impressive. (Posted on 2/9/2023)Rating - Great product
