- I have only taken the herb of dreams on 3 occasions, through infusions with a variable quantity and different cooking times. Apart from its bad taste, in my case I have noticed slight relaxation and anxiolysis. In terms of dreams nothing in particular, only a tendency to be half asleep half awake unpleasant.
