The first time I took the microdose I felt nothing on the following day. It took sometime to notice the positive effects on my overthinking and general mood, but overall it's great! It's not the final solution for all the problems that airs in our lives, obviously, but it's a great walking cane that allows some manouvre space to deal with our mental shit.
