Foi a primeira vez que experimentei a Microdosagem. Estudei vários depoimentos de outros usuários e eu próprio já havia tido minhas experiências com cogumelos in natura. Mas nunca havia experimentado as trufas. O resultado me surpreendeu. Comecei com meia dose e percebi um efeito muitíssimo subtil. Decidi por tomar uma dose inteira de 1g. Então o efeito se mostrou mais ativo. Uma sensação de autocontrole e percepção das emoções, como estar numa posição de expectador externo de mim mesmo. It's been less than 15 days since I started taking the microdosing following the beginner's protocols, as I am. I feel that the benefits are subtle, but I can recognize them, I feel that that mess of opinions before doing some activity has diminished and I just go and do what is necessary.
